Questions.
How do I pay?
By UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. On a phone the app opens with the amount filled in; on a computer you scan a QR code. It takes about a minute.
When does Pro start?
As soon as you confirm your payment. We WhatsApp you within a day to add you to your cohort group and book your 1:1.
Is the live session scored by AI?
No. The AI score is for practising on your own between sessions. In the live room, a person listens and gives you feedback, and your group fills in a short scorecard.
What if I can't continue?
Full refund if you cancel before your first cohort session. After that, no refund, but you can move once to a later cohort.
Is there a discount for joining with a friend?
Yes. Join together and you both get ₹500 off with code BRINGAFRIEND. Codes don't stack.
I genuinely can't afford it. Is there any help?
Only in rare cases. If the price is a real barrier, email ashutoshgautam.kiitecell@gmail.com and make your case: who you are, what you're preparing for, and why the festive price still doesn't work for you. We read every one and may waive up to 50% case by case. Most requests won't qualify, and we don't negotiate on WhatsApp.
